Our unique, top-floor loft inside Leesburg's beautiful and historic Waverly Mansion is truly one-of-a-kind and offers a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for students and parents. With library-esque resources and a cozy, coffeehouse ambience, OpenBook's open-floor layout can accommodate both small and large groups. Our unique space features four private study nooks with seating for ten, a conference area with room for eight, and a private office. We have moved from our previous locations, in Ashburn and Purcellville, to Leesburg, Virginia, and are proud to call Waverly our new home. The mansion, built in 1890, is listed on the Virginia Landmark Register as well as the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

We are conveniently located in Leesburg, Virginia and are easily accessible from Route 7, Landsdowne, Ashburn, Broadlands, Dulles, Purcellville, Middleburg, and Sterling. OpenBook is open seven days a week by appointment only.
